Within the new jobs function, you can now manage all your candidates, view their reports, or discard them easily.
In this tutorial you will learn, step by step, how to add and manage your own candidates within Rviewer.
When you access the jobs function you will find your open positions on the main dashboard.
Note: If you don’tt yet have an active job in Rviewer, you can create one by following these easy instructions.
From the dashboard you can see whether recruiters have added a new candidate with a report, as well as the total number of rejected candidates.
By clicking on each position, you will find the candidates' profiles for the job.
In this section, you will be able to access the technical report of each candidate. In it you will find all the information about the candidates and their skills in a visual and clear way. You will also find feedback from the recruiter after the interview, and indications on whether they have a challenge done.
Once it has been created, it will be added to the Assessments section. From there, you can directly invite the candidates of your choice by clicking on "Invite".
