Having a great developer profile where you can show off your best skills and work experience increases your chances of getting the job you want. In many interviews, in addition to the technical skills, recruiters take into account what specific projects you have been involved in so far, and how much learning and work experience you have been able to accumulate over the years
To make your life easier, we have launched a new feature in our dev area that our community of developers have been asking for a long time
If until now you could use the Dev Area to practice your coding skills and validate your results with our tech mentor feedback, now you will have access to the new profile and report.
And best of all: you will be able to share them both outside our platform.
Let your new RV identity bring the recruiters to you
In the new Profile section, you will find a very easy-to-customize and visual profile that will allow you to add all the information you need for your job searching needs. In fact, you will be able to use it as a portfolio to apply to job offers you are interested in. Here are some of the content blocks you’ll have the chance to play with and build an engaging developer profile:

Multiple job opportunities.
One code challenge.
Get rid of repetitive hiring processes for all the positions you apply to, and access many job offers by taking a single real-world assessment.

Get selected for a job without having to go through endless coding tests
We know how tiresome is to have to create a separate CV for each job offer. That’s why we wanted to build something that could take all the effort out and help you focus on the things that matter.
One of the main benefits of using our platform is that you can use the same profile for different selection processes. Some of the companies we are working with can be very flexible when it comes to coding assessment and prefer to use our Code Challenges as a way of endorsement. If you have those skills validated it can be much easier to get selected and skip certain technical screenings.
To make it even better, you can use your Developer Profile as a way to compare with your peers and to better advertise your profiles on external platforms like GitHub, Twitter, or Glassdoor.

Gain better insights on how fast you are improving your coding skills
Every time you do a code challenge, you receive a complete code review report from our team of Tech Mentors. If up until now you could see it in your Reports section, from now on, you can access it directly from the corresponding code challenge Report in your Developer Profile area.
Just like the Profile, we’ve made it easy to share externally. Let's see what the new Report includes:

Give your profile a boost with more code challenges
Now that you have a profile you want to take to the next level, start by adding more challenges (link to the challenge page). The more technical areas you’ll get assessed, the more chances you’ll have to gain recruiters’ attention and stand out among other candidates.
Each time you put your skills to the test and solve one of our Code Challenges you’ll receive a qualified Tech Mentor report which will give you a competitive edge whenever you need to show your skills in front of the recruiters.
With these latest additions to your Developer Area, you are now in control of building a more reliable and engaging developer profile you can share with recruiters, peers, and the community.
Don’t bother to update your CV anymore. Instead, use your time to get prepared for the interview and land the dream job you want.
Create your profile now and show recruiters the best of you!
Multi-apply: How to apply to many job opportunities with one single Challenge
We have managed to get most of the companies we collaborate with to adopt our Rviewer challenges in their validation process as an official test.
And here's the bomb: This allows us to offer you, at last, Multi-Apply: with a single technical challenge you will be able to access more than one job offer. Yes, you heard it right: MANY job opportunities by taking a SINGLE code challenge.
